Art Of Strength

We're proud to announce that we are now a direct "Art of Strength" (AOS) distributor. AOS was the first "follow-along" kettlebell DVD series and brings one of America's top kettlebell trainers to our shores and living rooms. Anthony DiLuglio based the AOS program on his work with hundreds of clients at his groundbreaking Punch Kettlebell Gym in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

This DVD series builds up a solid foundation of strength and endurance before letting rip with some highly effective follow along workouts.

Want a sneak peek as to what you can learn from the DVD's? Check out the previews we have online! You will need to have Flash installed for the video clips.

Providence: (£24.95)

Art Of Strength - ProvidenceProvidence was the first work-along kettlebell DVD to hit the market. We looked around and noticed that the handful of kettlebell DVD's available were instructional with great info on how to perform the myriad of drills.

We heard the question, "ok, now what do I do?" enough times to realize that the work-along kettlebell DVD would fill a huge hole in the mainstream adoption of kettlebells.

So we set out to put Anthony DiLuglio's experience in conducting circuit-based kettlebell classes at his groundbreaking Punch Kettlebell Gym onto film.

If you want to get started with kettlebell training, Providence should be your first stop.

Newport: (£24.95)

Art Of Strength - Newport,Newport was built to be a follow-up to Providence. It is a more advanced circuit in that it focuses on speed and endurance more than strength. Grab the lightest kettlebell you can find and try to make through every round.

Providence and Newport complement each other well and work quite nicely in alternating fashion.

Firepower: (£24.95)

Art Of Strength - FirepowerFirepower ups the ante in terms of both strength and endurance. This is our first release feature "double kettlebell" drills. The DVD is meant for everyone, but was designed with a focus on firefighters and other first responders. These folks are generally unaware of kettlebell training, so I got to add in some great "minute of style" type instructional bits in the special features. Also significant in this release was the "choose your own workout" feature. The user can select from 5 variations of the primary circuit...choosing a quickie workout with long rest periods all the way up to a "blow chunks" 50 minute test of will.
