Our one day courses have been an outstanding success and we've been asked by a lot of trainers when we'd run a more indepth course.
Well that day has come - we're running the first weekend kettlebell instructor course
Lots of stuff to cover but mainly its an opportunity to train hard and learn some new skillz ;-)

From the 1st Jan VAT ("Value" Added Tax - can anything be less accurately named?) goes back up to 17.5% but here at LKB we fart in the general direction of The Chancellor and his eyebrow tint tax as we WILL keep our prices the same and absorb the tax for you, our customers! After all, its January and you all want to get super fit...We're here to help

Yes it's that time of year where we give Santa a hernia (he really needs to get in shape - give us a call Santa) by making him deliver kettlebells to you for Christmas.
Our usual 2 - 3 day service will hold for as many orders as possible but it may be 3 - 4 days in some cases. However we GUARANTEE that you will get them before the holidays

There's been a lot of buzz about the VFF's, those funky looking shoe glove thingies.
I've been wearing mine for the past two months and have sorted out a load of foot pain and stuff like that. Detailed review soon; got some exciting news too - follow us on Twitter for more of that in the next couple of days. I'm off to wiggle my little toes!
