PM - 'bear combo' - clean/front squat/push press/back squat/push press - 3 x 6 - light barbel - circa 75lbs.

Good 2 days on diet front. Low carbing this week, will add low GI carbs back next week.

Til Christmas

Put a plan together for a solid 3 weeks up until christmas. Going to get my diet in order...read no cheating..and consistent training

- 25k snatch 11 x 10 set on the minute

Unfortunately I have not had the time to train this week, but have managed to attend a Bikram Yoga class today. It was pretty hard work and has highlighted a few things I can work on. Will try and make it a regular thing.

Change of routine

Missed saturdays session...things just kind of swept by. Anyway today was a warm up of medicine ball swings to above the head - 3 sets of 10 with a 5k ball

25k C&P ladders alternated with bodyweight chins - 3 ladders of 1/2/3
25k snatches - 2 x 10 lr

not much but done at fast pace.
