We will be covering the basics in the first half and here is some of what you'll learn: The Warm Up. The days of spending twenty minutes on a treadmill glued to your iPod are long gone. We will be introducing dynamic warm ups based around bodyweight training and joint mobility. The Kettlebell Swing. If there is one exercise that defines kettlebell training it is the swing. A full body movement that develops strength from the toes to the fingertips, supercharges your cardiovascular system and helps hone a fantastic physique...if done properly.
