Here's a simple guideline we use all the time.

For women.
6kg if you are new to exercise, out of condition or unfamiliar with free weights
8kg if you work out regularly
12kg is usually for those experienced with kettlebells or high level athletes

For men.
12kg if you are new to exercise or unfamiliar with free weights
16kg if you are a regular exerciser
20kg if you are a regular exerciser and train a lot with free weights

Power Grips are available in 5 progressive strengths and these rate as follows –

  • PG100 The 100 is perfect for women new to weight training or grip training and is about 3 times the strength of those pathetic plastic grips that a baby can close.
  • PG150 The 150 is the starting point for most men new to grip training and for women that rarely need men to open jam jars!
  • PG200 The 200 is recommended for men that train with weight regularly and consider themselves to have an average grip.
  • PG250 The 250 is rarely closed by people that do not train specifically for grip. Take it to your local gym and offer a beer to close it and there’s a good chance you will win the bet!
  • PG300 The 300 will only be closed by strength athletes and grip specialists and for many people will take a lot of slogging away on a routine for months or years – we warned you! It is also a good executive paperweight.

What software do I need to view Digital Downloads?
eBooks. You'll need to install Adobe Digital Editions - our eBooks are optimised with an index and all sorts of goodness!

Digital Video. These are encoded as mp4 and m4v which will require Apple Quicktime. Make sure you have the latest version by downloading it direct from Apple

To move your video to your iPod simply click and drag into iTunes. The video has chapter markers in the iPod version and we're working on porting this feature to others

How do I access my downloads?
Log into your account here (http://www.londonkettlebells.com/user/login)
Click on "Your Account" (Top right hand side)
Select purchased files
And then download

And in the words of that annoying meerkat. Simples!
