Kettlebells Scotland

Starts September Tuesday 18th, 19.00, Edinburgh.
Kettlebells Basics - A six week course covering the six key kettlebell lifts in depth plus all the tools you need to put together your own Kettlebell workouts. Includes a free weekend park session (subject to the glorious Scottish weather) for participants who bring their own Kettlebell.

Tai Chi classes with Jason Dean

Tai Chi classes will begin on Wednesday 12th September 2007 at 7pm.

Taught by Jason Dean, who has studied and taught martial arts for 14 years and is a Shaolin Lay Monk, so the style taught will be NeiJia TaiChiQuan.

Venue: Mill Hill Chapel, Lower Basinghall St, Leeds, LS1 5EB (you can't miss it - it is the church on city square, next to City Plaza Hotel). Entrance is opposite side of the chapel to the city square.

Parking on street around City square area is free after 6pm.
Any bus to railway station will get you there.

Beginners Tai Chi - 7pm.
Followed by Qi Gong - 8pm.
Finish - 9pm.

Cost £10 per hour (so if you attend both (suggested!) £20)

Please arrive by 6.45pm so registration and documentation can be completed.

No real changing rooms but loos can be used! Please wear loose clothing (joggers and a t-shirt) and trainers.
