Kettlebell Workshops

If you're looking to shed fat, develop a turbocharged cardio system or steely strength then kettlebell training is for YOU. Kettlebell training is not easy, it is EFFECTIVE and in our minds that is all that counts.

We are very proud to announce the launch of the LKB Kettlebell Workshop Listings Page wher we work with a select group of kettlebell experts and promote their workshops and classes. These courses and workshops are run independently of London Kettlebells and we do not process payments for these courses.

You will work hard in these workshops, you will sweat, but you will be a better person for it afterwards. You'll have the tools to build intense fitness, strength and flexibility. You'll understand what real strength is and how to apply it in your everyday life. You'll also look and feel better as kettlebell training, done properly, will melt fat, deliver elite levels of cardiovascular conditioning and leave you energised. The courses are suitable for everyone from the stay at home parents looking to keep in shape to the busy business executives with little time to train to athletes looking for a great strength and conditioning method.

What you will learn
Here's a taster of some of what you'll learn in the Masterclass:

  • The Swing. This one exercise will strengthen the hips, back and legs, especially the hamstrings. Learn the correct way to swing kettlebells to build a strong, supple back and kickstart your cardio system like never before.
  • The Clean. Develop superb upper body strength - this exercise will also strengthen the grip and is an essential addition to the training toolbox of anyone involved in contact sports.
  • The Snatch. Take a weight. Launch it into the air and hold it above your head. That's a snatch. Its also the perfect exercise for developing full body explosive strength. That's all you need to know.
  • The Turkish Getup. If you're after the ultimate drill to hone your strength, sculpt your body and focus your concentration, this is the one.
  • Presses. For a strong, powerful upper body, the various kettlebell presses cannot be beaten.
  • The Windmill is a phenomenal strength and flexibility drill for the entire core. Learn the proper way of windmilling from our classes

Kettlebells will be available at all classes to train with so you don't need to lug your own on the Tube (Believe me, we've done that before and you don't want to do it!) They'll also be available for purchase on the day.
