What software do I need to view Digital Downloads?
eBooks. You'll need to install Adobe Digital Editions - our eBooks are optimised with an index and all sorts of goodness!

Digital Video. These are encoded as mp4 and m4v which will require Apple Quicktime. Make sure you have the latest version by downloading it direct from Apple

To move your video to your iPod simply click and drag into iTunes. The video has chapter markers in the iPod version and we're working on porting this feature to others

How do I access my downloads?
Log into your account here (http://www.londonkettlebells.com/user/login)
Click on "Your Account" (Top right hand side)
Select purchased files
And then download
