im torn between getting one of these or a rolling thunder. will no doubt get both in time, but dave has said that he will be getting some easier springs soon. the r/t can be used for alot more than wrist work, but im open to suggestions. what you do think guys????

depends on your goals? bending is wrist and grip and RT really hammers grip and to some degree wrist. RT and sledge levers are probably best unless you want bending specifically.
i guess my main goals is a steely grip and overall strength. i do fancy doing some bending but i think this will be an occasional fun thing. my 7lb sledge will probly always be a favorite tool, so i guess an r/t will add more to my workouts. thanks for your comments :)
Just got word from Steve "Mobster" Gardener about the British Grip Championships this year. More details soon but keep your diaries free if you're into grip!
