kettlebells:
24k c+p: 4x4
32k snatch: 4x4
32k windmill: 2x2 (currently not attempted 24k, but 16k is solid)
16k ohs: 4x4
grippers:
coc2: set single, both hands (fair way off, currently getting left just past parallel, laughing at weak right)
coc2.5: buy one and get out of packet
b/w:
over hand chins: 2x10 (sounds easy, not for my weak self)
finger tip press-ups: 3x10
levering/bending:
10lb sledge: single, choked down front or nose lever
7lb sledge: making it look easy :)
bend 60d nail
1 hand pinch:
2x15k plates: single
cardio:
5 mins berserking with 10k hammer (very,very, very hard - i see this as a mental toughener too)
there are loads of other things such as deads and squats that i want to improve at but i am not going to set targets.

Easily achievable!
Well, maybe not but if you don't start off thinking its possible, it won't be :)
For the C&P work on an EDT routine, wouldn't be surprised if you start hitting double numbers for that. We're working on the Customer Zone (which I'll sign you up to) and our various notes on it will be there.
