I'm staying at my parents house for a couple of weeks & they have a full-blown treadmill for some reason which they seem to use as a coat rack. I therefore decided to use it for some HIT style stuff :)
-Farmers walk with 2 24kg kettlebells for 1.5 minutes
-Repeated 5 times:
24kg kettlebell swings 10 left and 10 right
1 minute on the treadmill
-10 pull-ups
