A:Yes. We will have several kettlebells on hand, enough for everyone to use.

Q: I have heard that kettlebell training is brutal and that I will be sore for days. I would like to attend, but I am intimidated. What should I do?
There is no need to be intimidated. We do push people because we find that most limitations are self-imposed and you will work very hard at the workshop. That being said, our objectives are is to teach you, not to crush you.
Our experience shows that it is better to teach a few things really well and include a lot of demonstration and lecture so that the pace will be manageable. You will have a great time learning in a comfortable environment. Or else!
