Change of routine

Missed saturdays session...things just kind of swept by. Anyway today was a warm up of medicine ball swings to above the head - 3 sets of 10 with a 5k ball

25k C&P ladders alternated with bodyweight chins - 3 ladders of 1/2/3
25k snatches - 2 x 10 lr

not much but done at fast pace.
