As with the bodyweight circuit, find a decent space for your shuttle runs. This one can be made as tough as you like by using a heavy bell or 2 bells
Phase 1 – 10 laps to warm up
Phase 2 – 10 laps: 5 swings left and right each lap
Phase 3 – 10 laps: 5 cleans left and right each lap
Phase 4 – 10 laps: 5 snatches left and right each lap
Phase 5 – 10 laps: LKB 5 hit combo-swing/snatch/clean/squat/press – each lap
