A quick update.

Pain in the glute muscles has now receeded. I still have limited mobility in the left hamstring. I have been doing plenty of stretching around the affected area, still using a combination of ice and heat treatments.

I intend to restart the kb training on monday, with a few light swings and some light kb deadlifting. If all goes well I will be slowly building up the volume and intensity.

It is good to see the progress on the board. Keep up the good work

Heal up quickly

there's a 32kg waiting to be tamed.

RE: Mobility, its important to keep things moving especially around the hips as that always stiffens up when there is limited activity
