You can't fit any more plates on that bar - ties your bells to it for added weight :)

Yep, maxed out

Yep I'm out of plates, the Argos bar has reached its maximum (186.5k won't fit). The weight is plenty heavy though, anything more than a single is beyond me so this'll do fine. When I return to uni in October, I'll be able to deadlift with a real bar. Cheers for posting the pic, much appreciated.
