Question for Ken or other stretchy types.

What are the best stretches for my golf game?

Anyhoo, I'm not a golfer but I would say that you need to stretch your lower back, hips and the lats.

Lower back as there will be a lot of torque generated around there, the same for the hips and the lats as a result of the swing through.

Having thought about it some more, you'd probably need to stretch the gluteus medius as well (that's the outer edge of the glutes) as that contracts to twist the hips.

Steve's actually a keen golfer too, so he'll have some ideas too.

i just line them up and crack them out :)

i used to be quite good at golf and went round 8 over on a local course with 3 birdies- got too exensive and too time consuming- great for sundays though.

basically, everything ken said- core twists were my fav as they unlocked the lower spine, loosened the lats and helped a smooth hip action for the drives.
