I am now 4 weeks in to Joel Marions cheaters diet. Pretty good progress so far. Lost 7 lbs of weight and reduced my waist measurement 3 inches.
This has been accomplished whilst undertaking a new cycle with the 32k bells - with which I am making progress.
It really is an easy to follow plan - I would recommend it to anyone - and I will probably continue to eat like this going forward.

So andyw,what kind of weight training are you doing?
Weight training
I was doing a 3x3 cycle. basic exercises - C&P, front squat, snatches, rows, weighted chins.
I only do the compound moves as I need exercises that get the most in the shortest time.
