After the summer break we're getting our seminar / workshops into gear for the rest of the year.

After running taster three hour workshops during 2006 and the first half of 2007, we've updated the format and now, proudly present our intensive full day workshop designed to take you from the basics to some super effective drills you'll never have seen before!

We'll cover the basics in great detail. You'll learn everything you need to know about basic kettlebell work, putting routines together and how to use kettlebells to enhance sports performance (We'll be concentrating on martial arts applications)

The Kettlebell Basics section of the course is worth 3 CPD points for fitness professionals.

This course is suitable for all levels, men and women alike and spaces are limited to twenty participants.

Where is it being run?
The course is being held in Aegis Training, a gym based about five minutes away from Liverpool St station.

The course is being run by London Kettlebells (Steve and Ken) and guest instructor, John "Spud" Murphy, one of the Midland's top kettlebell coaches and renowned physiotherapist.

Kettlebells will be provided for all participants to use at the course and as an added bonus, kettlebells will be available on the day with a 20% discount!
