From Russia to America to London
Such was my determination to find a career that really excited me, that I travelled the world in search of it. Ironically, it turned out to be something invented by a Russian living in America. I have always loved the fitness industry and got it straight after secondary school and continued through University. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in London, where I now live, and eventually as a Russian Kettlebell instructor in the USA.

Dad knows best!
I was born in a small town called Penza in Russia (700,000 people, not big for Russia). From the age of 4 my parents challenged me with different sports, ice skating, gymnastics, dancing, athletics and swimming – I ended up swimming.

With a lot of help and support from my parents and fantastically tough trainers by my side I became master of sports going through a very hard working, strict regime and loads of learning. (Professional sportsmen will know what I am talking about!).

When my dad got to know that I was on my way to USA to get Russian Kettle Bell (RKB) qualified he said “I have one old ‘giria’ in my garage, why don’t you take it!” I was surprised! I didn't know that Russian guys used to play with kettle bells just for fun, and as a means to get stronger as well as to impress the local girls, it was very popular. I didn't know that you can include kettle bell training in an exercise program and in fact get faster and better results. Now I know why!

Let me show you
I can show you the beauty of training with kettle bells, I will guide and teach you how to get a better sport performance, learn how to increase your bench press or dead lift, to loose or gain some weight, to get stronger more defined, shaped body. I can teach you how to increase your flexibility and make joints stronger, how to breath properly while exercising.

I’ve been taught and trained by: Pavel Tsatsouline, Brett Jones, Steve Maxwell, Steve Cotter, Jonathan Lewis
