Going to try and keep this up over the coming weeks.

5 personal bests today :)
60k kettlebell
10 cleans right - previous best 3
10 cleans left - previous best 1 - serious shock!
think i am good for about 12/15 here and will test when skin returns to normal
ordering a 65k soon and a 55k for snatching
50k jerk right
40k right press x 5
200lb power clean
love it!

good session this morning
decided to bring the big ones back into the routine so i dont lose strength. lots of 40k work with cleans, jerks, snatches. then 50k cleans- got 10 reps right and then got a 60k clean again which felt easier than last time.

gave the 24k jerk test a shot
not sure i was at full steam as i got to 150 in about 8:30 then had to dump it- then lay on the floor for 10 mins :)

had a bug hovering for a few weeks now- who hasnt :)
nothing much to report apart from a 10 min 16k jerk test that surprised me = 263 reps
will try 24k next and then a 16k l/r max

16kg swings 30sec
30sec rest
Double 24kg clean & push-press 10

5 Mins run.
Going to do interval type stuff with kettlebells from now on...Decided I'm too heavy, so my new goal is to lose about 3.5st (currently 18st) so I want to get down to 14.5st. I know everyone says it's fat-loss & not weight loss but I genuinely feel that 'overall bulk' (muscle + fat together) is slowing me down .
To top it off, my ankle is a lot worse that I originally thought so low impact cardio & timed KBs from now on. Tried running today & it was too painful on the ankle so will stick to bike & trampoline for cardio.

Front Squats (double 32kgs) 2x10 (PB)
Swings (double 32kgs) 2x10
Military press (double 24kgs) 2x10
Bent over row (16kg & 32kg in one hand) 6 per side
Bent over row (double 32kg) 1x10
1min breaks between everything.
1 week off has seemed to help as I really attacked this one & my most dreaded exercise (front squat) was executed with ease.
Will hopefully go for a run tommorrow (my ankle injury is almost healed) but don't want to put too much pressure on running until I have a better set of trainers.

A1 - Single military press (32kg) 5x5 each side
A2 - Single bent over rows (32kg) 5x5 each side
Bottoms up presses (16kg) 2x8 each side
Situps with 16kg at chest 2x10
Figure 8 pass between legs - 5 each way
Bottom up clean (32kg) 2 each side
Did several pure dead snatches with 32kg KBs - technique feels similar to when I do Olympic snatches (since I haven't had access to an Olympic barbell for several months its the next best move I think).

16kg snatch (10mins without putting kb down) 80 each side.
16kg 1 arm jerk (6.45 mins without putting KB down) 50 each side.
Run tommorow (friday). Going to shoot for 7 miles without walking/wussing out :)
