 <title>INSANE session</title>

&lt;p&gt;10 cleans right - previous best 3&lt;br /&gt;
10 cleans left - previous best 1 - serious shock!&lt;br /&gt;
think i am good for about 12/15 here and will test when skin returns to normal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ordering a 65k soon and a 55k for snatching&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;50k jerk right&lt;br /&gt;
40k right press x 5&lt;br /&gt;
200lb power clean&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;love it!&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>big bells</title>

&lt;p&gt;decided to bring the big ones back into the routine so i dont lose strength. lots of 40k work with cleans, jerks, snatches. then 50k cleans- got 10 reps right and then got a 60k clean again which felt easier than last time. &lt;/p&gt;

 <title>training update</title>

&lt;p&gt;will try 24k next and then a 16k l/r max&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Going to do interval type stuff with kettlebells from now on...Decided I&#039;m too heavy, so my new goal is to lose about 3.5st (currently 18st) so I want to get down to 14.5st. I know everyone says it&#039;s fat-loss &amp;amp; not weight loss but I genuinely feel that &#039;overall bulk&#039; (muscle + fat together) is slowing me down . &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To top it off, my ankle is a lot worse that I originally thought so low impact cardio &amp;amp; timed KBs from now on. Tried running today &amp;amp; it was too painful on the ankle so will stick to bike &amp;amp; trampoline for cardio.&lt;/p&gt;

1min breaks between everything.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 week off has seemed to help as I really attacked this one &amp;amp; my most dreaded exercise (front squat) was executed with ease.&lt;br /&gt;
Will hopefully go for a run tommorrow (my ankle injury is almost healed) but don&#039;t want to put too much pressure on running until I have a better set of trainers. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Did several pure dead snatches with 32kg KBs - technique feels similar to when I do Olympic snatches (since I haven&#039;t had access to an Olympic barbell for several months its the next best move I think).&lt;/p&gt;
