Tabata protocol (20 sec on, 10 sec break):

8 Rounds of pull-ups (avg 6 reps)
8 Rounds of Push-ups (avg 10 reps)
8 Rounds of Sit-ups (avg 8 reps)
8 Rounds of BW Squats (avg 17 reps)

Got this from the crossfit site & I found it really, REALLY hard.
