8 Rounds of Sit-ups (avg 8 reps)&lt;br /&gt;
8 Rounds of BW Squats (avg 17 reps)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Got this from the crossfit site &amp;amp; I found it really, REALLY hard.&lt;/p&gt;
