good day today- got a few reps on 300lb squat- the right shoes make a big difference as do warm knees from some pads.
back to 200lb bench at last, felt good here
friday- play day
steel log and farmers walk bars turned up- these are serious professional kit and i cant get enough of them.
pressed the log about 40 times throughout the day. its one big heavy awkward bugger. then you just get the feel for it and it goes up a treat. the hip action from bells helps here a lot.
loaded the farmers bars up to 70kg for a 10 yard walk and worked static holds with 90kg each hand- want to walk with 90kg by next year and have 100+ on the hold with no straps. they also double up for planche training!
got 10 days off for a business seminar so it yoga and band stretches for me and a well earned rest!
