Been very busy at my day job, evening job and upgrading the LKB webserver so not much time to train. What's worse is that I'm moving house in March so have to pack everything. Grr!
Anyway, this rambling meant that I've had to cut short any structured training and just mash stuff up.
Hammers:
Isometric Air Strikes. Quite possibly one of the most fun, albeit scary, exercises around. Hold the hammer with a two hand grip, bring the hammer back over one shoulder then "slam" it down and bring it to a stop about half way. Watch out for your kneecaps!
Hammer Throw Swings. With a double handed grip, swing the hammer around the body as if you were about to throw it. Keep going, gradually increasing the size of the circle. Handy tip. Look out for your knees and don't let go :)
Hammerhead Curls. Inspired by Andyw's descent into bodybuilding the Hammerhead Curls are done by pinch gripping the hammerhead and curling.
Bells:
A few presses and snatches with the 32kg, upper body mobility.
