&lt;p&gt;kettlebells:&lt;br /&gt;
24k c+p: 4x4&lt;br /&gt;
32k snatch: 4x4&lt;br /&gt;
32k windmill: 2x2 (currently not attempted 24k, but 16k is solid)&lt;br /&gt;
16k ohs: 4x4 &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;grippers:&lt;br /&gt;
coc2: set single, both hands (fair way off, currently getting left just past parallel, laughing at weak right)&lt;br /&gt;
coc2.5: buy one and get out of packet &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;b/w:&lt;br /&gt;
over hand chins: 2x10 (sounds easy, not for my weak self)&lt;br /&gt;
finger tip press-ups: 3x10&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;levering/bending:&lt;br /&gt;
10lb sledge: single, choked down front or nose lever&lt;br /&gt;
7lb sledge: making it look easy :)&lt;br /&gt;
bend 60d nail &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 hand pinch:&lt;br /&gt;
2x15k plates: single &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;cardio:&lt;br /&gt;
5 mins berserking with 10k hammer (very,very, very hard - i see this as a mental toughener too)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;there are loads of other things such as deads and squats that i want to improve at but i am not going to set targets. &lt;/p&gt;
