 <description>&lt;p&gt;Did a 10km race &amp;amp; twisted the muscle above my ankle on the outside of my leg about half way through. I carried on and did not walk/stop at all &amp;amp; did a time of 1hr 16mins. Which is ok considering. Think I could have done it in under an hour if I wasn&#039;t injured.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Taking a rest for a few days to let my ankle heal but am still going GTG on pullups and doing the odd KBs here and there.&lt;/p&gt;

Really enjoyed it. Was at the front of my group for most of the time &amp;amp; really attacked some hills. Definitely gonna keep this up on wednesdays.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Felt really good. Must have done the 1st two miles in about 17minutes! Starting to get the hang of this cardio stuff again :)&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Thurs, Fri &amp; Sunday</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Thursday: Moved house (around 25 trips carrying stuff weighing between 5 &amp;amp; 50kg for 20ish metres&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fri: Cycled to near Lynton on Exmoor (38 miles in 4.25hours including a constant 5 mile uphill climb and some offroad - which is always fun:)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sunday: Cycled back after camping on exmoor for 2 days (just did a bit of walking &amp;amp; making fires:) same route (38miles 3.5hours) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not used to this sort of exercise (cycling), although its not very intense; after about 3 hours of constant exercise it becomes really hard to do anything. But in the end it was fine - my arse just hurts a bit :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Back to kettlebells tommorow!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thats about a 12.34 minute mile. Pretty lame at the moment but I&#039;ve gotta start somewhere!&lt;br /&gt;
Gonna keep doing this route until I get it down to about 30minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
