light squats

broomstick squat: 2x10
8k front squat: 1x10 l/r (with single bell in rack position - pulls me to side a little, requires tight core)
12k front squat: 1x10 l/r
16k goblet squat: 2x10
broomstick squat: 2x10
broomstick ohs: 5x5
12k front lunges: 2x5 (holding goblet styley)
12k side lunges: 2x5 l/r

45 secs rest on sets.

i haven't been to the gym this year (great), but i feel stronger overall since training at home with bells/hammers etc. i am keen to do some 'proper' barbell squats again, in a rack with trusty spotter. i wonder how i'll get on? i have done 80k for 20 reps a few times. i probly going to get form down in mirror with spotter using a 15k bar, then load up and bang out some high reps. i squat much lower than when i started so i'll be interested to see what effect that has on loading.
