7lb hammer - powerstrikes on tyre: 50 (5/5)
stone - DL: 2x10
stone - clean: 2x5 (DL/lap/roll up chest)
stone - power clean: 5x5 (straight to high on chest, rotate stone thro 90 deg)
10k hammer - powerstrikes on tyre: 20 (5/5)
BW windmill/front lunge/side lunge: 3/3/3
power cleans with stone were very hard cardio. challenging but fun :)
