Just thought I'd update. I have taken a break from training for the past 3-4 weeks. I cannot give the training the necessary focus as my golf season is in full flight. Playing about 2 -3 times a week at the moment, and the early morning training times are being replaced with early morning practice sessions at the golf club.
The winter training has again born fruit and my physical conditioning is proving very valuable as my game continues to improve.
Great to see Blue back posting - how's the anabolic diet going? I truly believe in cyclical carb eating as a superior method for shedding that bodyfat.
Steve, good to see your continual progress - I knew you would make it back.
