Long time no blog

hi guys,
nice to see the old names are still at it.

been doing the around a session a week, but only just enough to not go backwards.

big up the kb faithful :)

32kg Bent Press l/r 1,2,3

2x32kg military press
2x32kg front squat
32kg renegade row
bodyweight ring dip
(no rest between exercises, work through in a circuit, rest 1 min after completion of each rung. 3mins rest at end of each ladder)
1,2,3
1,2,2 (lost the 3rd press so didn't try to go above 2presses)

1,2,1 (lost the last 2 rep press)

I'm with Steve: there is something really satisfying about double KB work. (Next job: be as strong as Steve!)

Wednesday - Under the heavy bell again!

This morning i decided to rest as my body was feeling it - by the evening i was hungry for some training. So decided on 15mins before the Apprentice Finale!

Snatch Ladder 32kg l/r 40kg l/r 1 min rest between sets
10 sets
Clean & Jerk Ladder 32kg l/r 40 kg l/r 1 min rest between sets
3 sets

Loved the explosiveness style needed to get the 40 up and under. Feeling good about my training.
