cocT - full/no set: 2x20
cocT - invert/no set: 2x5
coc1 - full/parallel set: 20x1
coc2 - cheat/neg: 5x1
coc1 - full/no set: 3x1
cocT - full/no set: 1x35
good stretch + light extender work

30-45secs rest, occasionally popping gloves on to keep hands warm :)
