Martin Haley is a Sports Therapist and Fitness Consultant based in Barry, South Wales with over 14 years experience working with the general public, sports teams and elite athletes.

Martin is the first UK trainer to achieve CKT (Certified Kettlebell Trainer) status with Steve Cotter and offers the only REPs recognised Kettlebell workshops currently available in Wales. We offer one to one coaching, weekly Kettlebell Fitness classes and 5 hour basics workshops where instructors and Personal Trainers can get CPD points.
