the gym is nearly set up so i had a play today
squat
bench
chins
sl deads
power clean and push press
bag work- need to get a way to attach this to power cage effectively
10 mins snatch- 16k- working on locking overhead a few secs each rep- will be a big part of the bell training now
grips- RT pulled 60k right, a few injuries still not 100% yet, some pinch block, block weight lifts and job done
