&lt;p&gt;&quot;A few years ago, whilst rehabbing a broken leg, I stumbled (excuse the pun) across Pavel Tsatsouline and his &#039;low tech/high concept&#039; Russian Kettlebell Challenge. With a background in martial arts I was familiar with some of his bodyweight and mobility drills but it was the power of the Kettlebell and its immediate benefits that changed everything. Unlike conventional dumbbells, the kettlebell’s offset center of gravity made even the simplest lifts more demanding. Suddenly 16 kilos didn’t feel like 16 kilos anymore.&lt;/p&gt;
