3 Rounds of:

30 B/W squats,
5 Pull-ups,
10 Double KB bent over rows,
10 Double KB military presses.

30 sec break after each round. 32kg KBs on first round, 24lg KBs on 2 & 3.
Really tired (trying to sort out my sleep pattern) so I found it a struggle.
