24kg one arm swings (5 each side)
24kg Military press (5 each side)
5 Press-ups (with hand-clap on each rep)
5 Slow situps (5-10 secs on each)
Minimal breaks between rounds (20secs max)
Finished with 30 B/W squats as fast as possible.
Good session, outside in the sun.
