24kg one arm swings (5 each side)&lt;br /&gt;
24kg Military press (5 each side)&lt;br /&gt;
5 Press-ups (with hand-clap on each rep)&lt;br /&gt;
5 Slow situps (5-10 secs on each)&lt;br /&gt;
Minimal breaks between rounds (20secs max)&lt;br /&gt;
Finished with 30 B/W squats as fast as possible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Good session, outside in the sun.&lt;br /&gt;
A friend of mine convinced me to join a running club (starting wednesday) hopefully I won&#039;t die on my ass.&lt;/p&gt;
