&lt;p&gt;As a keen sportsman, rugby player and strength coach with 16 years experinece in the fitness arena I have not found a more fun and effective tool for strength, conditioning, fat loss and cardio fitness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My tailor made kettlebell routines/ diet/ nutrition advice will leave you energised not wiped out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kettlebells and fitness are a real passion of mine and I find it very satisfying in seeing improvements in students; physically and mentally. I rarely train in gyms anymore, I have found using kettlebells far more effective than conventional weight training/ cardio methods.&lt;/p&gt;
