A brief bit about me:
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have been exercising and training since 1992 (when I was a mere kid at the age of 18), involved in martial arts, weight training and kettlebells. In my youth, the focus was on competition, training and, well, more training. Nowadays, as I get older, I focus more on the quality of exercise; from mobility, strength and movement skills.
I write for several online fitness magazines and spend most of my time training clients, running my businesses and researching. Due to my schedule I am not able to take clients on at the moment but am available for workshops.
A brief bit about what I do:
I provide super effective, cutting edge, scientifically based fitness training, enabling my clients to improve their lives, looks and general wellbeing. I use a range of methods, tools and systems to do this, with principles from martial arts, modern sports science and corrective exercise, you will experience fitness training tailored uniquely for you. My method has three stages:
To fix you - with corrective exercise I "take the brakes" off your body by helping it regain its optimal postural alignment and mobility
To make you fitter - with the most effective fitness conditioning weapons I could find; these tools will melt your bodyfat and help you develop a stunning physique
To help you perform better - its not enough to merely look good, I want you to be better! You will develop applied strengh, move with graceful ease, speed and co-ordination and be mentally focused at whatever you choose to do
