Put a plan together for a solid 3 weeks up until christmas. Going to get my diet in order...read no cheating..and consistent training
AM - 'bear combo' - clean/front squat/push press/back squat/push press - 3 x 6
PM - 25k C&P 4 ladders, 3 rungs per ladder
- 25k snatch 11 x 10 set on the minute
